Over Villa della Torre

Peaks & Valleys selecteert haar wijngaarden op basis van strenge criteria: bodemopbouw (kalksteen, vulkanisch, morene), klimaat, ligging en hoogte. De etiketten van de Peaks & Valleys-wijnen bevatten illustraties die de wijngaarden en kenmerkende landschappen van de verschillende locaties weergeven. De zwarte kleur van het Soave Fittà-etiket weerspiegelt de vulkanische bodem van de wijngaard. De illustratie benadrukt tevens de steile hellingen van het gebied, evenals een luchtballon – een symbool voor zowel de kracht van vuur als van wind.

Vinificatie

De wijn rijpt gedurende 6 maanden in betonnen tanks, gevolgd door een flesrijping van 2 maanden.
