ESN Crank Pump Pro 2.0 Sour Watermelon is een stimulantvrije pre-workout in poedervorm met L-Citrulline-Malaat, HydroPrime® glycerolpoeder, CitraPeak®, aminozuren, plantenextracten, vitaminen en mineralen. De smaak Sour Watermelon heeft een frisse, zure watermeloensmaak en is bedoeld om te mengen met koud water voor gebruik vóór de training.

Stimulantvrije pre-workout met merk-ingrediënten

Per dagelijkse portie van 30 gram bevat deze formule onder andere 10.000 mg L-Citrulline-Malaat, 2.300 mg glycerolpoeder (HydroPrime®), 200 mg glucosyl-hesperidine (CITRAPEAK®), taurine, L-tyrosine, kokoswaterpoeder en plantenextracten. Daarnaast bevat de samenstelling vitamine B6, niacine en de mineralen natrium, kalium, calcium en magnesium.

Met HydroPrime®, CitraPeak® en elektrolyten

Crank Pump Pro 2.0 combineert vrije aminozuren met glycerolpoeder, kokoswaterpoeder en elektrolyten. De formule is volledig zonder cafeïne en daardoor geschikt voor sporters die bewust kiezen voor een pre-workout zonder stimulantia. Magnesium, kalium en calcium dragen bij tot een normale werking van de spieren. Vitamine B6 en niacine dragen bij tot een normaal energieleverend metabolisme en helpen vermoeidheid en moeheid te verminderen.

Gebruik en smaak

Meng 30 gram poeder met 500 ml koud water in een shaker en drink dit 30 minuten voor de training. Eén verpakking bevat 450 gram poeder, goed voor 15 porties. De Sour Watermelon smaak geeft deze pre-workout een frisse watermeloensmaak met een zure twist.

Looks nice and is a unique look to put mementos, small book, and photos. Pretty solid when tightened up properly. Shelves have a cheap veneer to them but you can’t tell until you touch it. It is very secure if you attach this to a stud. I did not drill to the floor and it is fine. Wall anchors suck in drywall and this is big enough you should be attaching to one stud minimum. Here is A little trick to secure the shelving unit properly if the studs don’t work in your favor. Take a pine 1x3 or 1x4 and cut to the width of the shelving. Paint them the same color as the wall. You will barely notice the board. Place the assembled shelve amd mark where the pipe anchors attach on the wall. Use those marks to place the boards and drill them directly to studs. Mount the pipe feet anchors to the board. See picture. Solid!
