Broer en zus Marco en Sabrina Biscardo staan aan het hoofd van het jonge wijnbedrijf Fosso Corno. Dit wijnhuis ligt in het hart van de Abruzzen en werd in 2001 opgericht. Het doel is het produceren van mooie kwaliteitswijnen op basis van de Montepulciano druif. Zo brengen zijn wijnen op de markt die van soepel en toegankelijk tot rijk en krachtig zijn. De druivensoorten worden op verschillende tijdstippen geoogst en afzonderlijk van elkaar geperst en gefermenteerd. De Merlot-druiven worden geoogst in de eerste 10 dagen van september na een lichte droging aan de wijnstokken, terwijl de Montepulciano-druiven eind september worden geoogst en onmiddellijk worden geperst. Na het afzonderlijke vinificatieproces worden de twee partijen wijn gemengd en ondergaan ze een rijping van 12 maanden in Franse eikenhouten vaten. Zeresimo ontspant nog eens 6 maanden in stalen vaten waarna het tijd is voor de botteling.Geniet van de mooie elegante tannines van Zeresimo
Het is een diep, donkerrode wijn geworden met een heerlijk fruitig boeket. We noteren pruimen, blauwe bessen en granaatappel. Deze geur wordt vermengd met aangename kruidachtige tonen. Het is een full body wijn met een vol en rijk karakter. Mooie elegante tannines en is erg goed in balans met een rijke aanhoudende afdronk. Zeresimo combineert zeer goed pastagerechten met ragout- en wildsauzen.Shipping Notes

Excellent, highly absorbent, napkins for every meal

These napkins are amazing! They are soft and plushy feeling. The absorption is incredible and they have a nice , comfortable texture for wiping your hands and face when eating. I believe these can also be used as a paper towel when needed because the absorbency is so great. I am very sensitive to scents which I pick up on more than the average person and these napkins do not have a weird smell to them . I think these are great napkins for all to enjoy.
