This important mirror was part of an ensemble that adorned the Jean-Paul Gaultier dressing room in the Cannes eponymous boutique on the French Riviera.
Born in Paris, Philippe Starck has worked as an architect and industrial designer. His furniture design includes use of these industrial materials and has been produced by Cassina and other international manufacturers. His work is seen in collections at European and American museums.
