Please note: Each item is made to order. The artisan workshop does not maintain inventory and is the last facility in the USA making fiberglass garden ornaments and containers. Nothing but gristle!
Flavor Name: Lemon Pepper, Size: 8 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This stuff tastes good, but it is nearly impossible to chew. Biltong is not supposed to be this tough. They must be using the cheapest meat they can get their hands on. It is loaded with gristle. You could chew it all day and never get it to break down.
