It is made with no frills (whole berries, no oak, no stems, hand plunged) by McLarens rockstar of Grenache Pete Fraser. We call it our Chambolle of the Vale! I originally wanted a “super hero” label but the wine, made in a very traditional and organic way, is far too good and needed a “fitting” label. Bottled to capture the wild berries and rose petals, this wine should age gracefully for decades!
