Il Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC I Progni de Le Salette è un vino rosso che sempre di più si sta facendo apprezzare per queste sue caratteristiche uniche, nel caso de Le Salette declinate in eleganza. Un vino rosso capace di scaldare, tra le migliori interpretazioni della tipologia.
A tutto pasto, il Ripasso de Le Salette è vino che ben si abbina a secondi piatti a base di carne, arrosti e spezzatini in particolare.
