Refunds

HR Crafting has a no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges policy. There are no exceptions.

Turnaround Time

Orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks to produce depending on the amount of current working orders. I do my best to make them and get them out to you as soon as possible, but also want to take my time making the order exactly how you envision it. I typically send progress pictures after certain steps to ensure that your idea for your order is meeting your expectations. Yet at these points some things may not be able to change due to sealants and permanents of the products used. There is a $15.00 up charge that you can add to your cart to receive your order in 2 weeks but this must be approved before purchased as it is dependent on you the products and quantities in your order. To get approval you can email  us at [email protected] and please include what products you are planning to purchase along with quantities so we can assess if it is possible to be done in 2 weeks.

Shipping/Local Pickup

Shipping fees are based off of weight and the type of priority shipping you choose at checkout. Once a package is shipped you will receive a tracking number but HR Crafting is not responsible for the package once brought to the post office for shipping.

We do offer a local pickup option during checkout at three different locations. Choose what one is best for you and when your order is complete you will receive an email with available meeting dates and times. Choose and email back the date and time that works best for you from the sent options. If something comes up during your scheduled time for you to not be able to show up please email us ASAP and we can reschedule. HR Crafting will only allow you to reschedule ONE TIME. If you do not show for the second time you will be asked for a mailing address and shipping costs for your order to be shipped to you.
