This blanc de noirs (100% Pinot Noir) is aged on the lees for 36 months and showcases finesse, minerality and elegance rarely found in Cremant de Bourgogne. We are happy to be able to offer these wines as they were exclusive to New York’s Eleven Madison Park prior to the pandemic. Drink on its own as an aperitif or try with fried mushrooms.
