DESCRIPTION
The Asia edition of the RM 004-V3 is a highly exclusive edition of the RM 004 of which only 15 pieces were made. The RM 004 was introduced to the Richard Mille Family in 2005 as one of the new generation timepieces time that offered an improved split-second chronograph complication. The column-wheel chronograph boasts an improved split-seconds mechanism that virtually eliminates the unpredictable jumping off the second's hand afflicting many split-seconds chronographs. The RM 004-V3 has a carbon nanofiber tonneau-shaped case that is 42 x 50mm in a surface, 16.5mm thick with a sapphire crystal and an exhibition case back. The dial is skeletonized with Arabic numerals that have ridden gold finishing, two small sub-dials, a power reserve indicator, a torque indicator, a function indicator, and an inner rose gold tachymeter bezel. The RM 004 is powered by the RM 004-V3 caliber which is manually wound with a split-seconds chronograph and 30-minute totalizer functionality, a power-reserve, torque and function indicator with a power reserve of 70 hours. The case is paired with a rubber bracelet that has a double fold over titanium closure. It has a water resistance of 50 meters (165 feet).
