We will complete your drawing and submit it back to you for approval. We are happy to work with the drawing to make sure that it is an perfect representation of your pet. You will receive 2 revisions.

Once you have approved your design, we will send you a .PNG file with transparent background and a .jpeg file that represents the exact picture we received.
