Before the Black Throne is the sixth and final Mythos Pack in The Circle Undone cycle for Arkham Horror: The Card Game.
After your battle to close the rips in reality in In the Clutches of Chaos, you have left your city and your world behind, traveling an impossible distance, and yet you are still many leagues from the nighted throne where your ultimate foe stirs. As you are chased by your fate across the cosmos, you may be forced to bring “empty space” into play, losing the top card of your deck as you place it facedown to embody the seemingly infinite space that divides you from the rest of humanity. This is not a location, it cannot be entered or investigated, and the only way to reclaim your lost card is to fill the empty space with a Cosmos location. These impossible places, drawn from the new Cosmos deck, do not have set places they must connect to. Rather, each Cosmos card has a connecting instruction you must obey in order to place it. Torn from all you know, it may be easy to surrender to the existential dread, but even if all you can do is delay the inevitable, the battle is not over yet!
This is not a standalone product. It requires a copy of the Arkham Horror: The Card Game Core Set and The Circle Undone deluxe expansion to play.

Slim profile, stays anchored all night (Berry flavor is great!)

I rely on these nightly to combat dry mouth, and they deliver exactly what is promised. The adhesion mechanism is impressive—once placed against the gum, the disc stays securely anchored for a full 6–8 hours without shifting, allowing me to sleep without interruption.
The profile is ideal; the discs are incredibly slim and unobtrusive, so you don't feel like you have a bulky object in your mouth while trying to fall asleep. Despite being so compact, they pack enough moisture to last until morning. The Berry flavor is mild and soothing, making it a perfect bedside companion. Highly recommended.

Excellent product for dry mouth

If you are having trouble with dry mouth, especially while sleeping, this is definitely the product for you. I have severe dry mouth and have tried multiple things including hard candy (yes, I know not very smart) as well as different biotin products, the mouthwash, the spray and the gel, which all do work, but do not last for very long. These stay in place open the corner of your mouth, last for hours and truly work. I highly recommend it if you are having a dry mouth issue

Works great

I have to use these for about 1/2 a year. I keep bronchitis and sinusitis from about Oct. to April every since I was a child. When I am suffering with these I can't breath through my nose, epically at night while sleeping and would wake up several times a night with dry mouth so bad ir was literally painful. My mom turned me on to these because she was using the with her CPAP. I sometimes have a bit of difficulty getting them to stay put but overall they are great. I have tried the OG, cinnamon, and berry. The OG have no real taste, but you wake up with a sweet taste in your mouth. I tried the cinnamon because I love cinnamon and didn't listen to the reviews stating how strong the flavor is, big regret, it's like putting two or three fireballs in your mouth, won't be making that mistake again. The berry ones are actually best in my opinion. They have a light berry flavor that isn't overpowering, isn't quite as sweet as the OG. Whichever one you choose you won't wake up in pain. I do suggest using only one at first as opposed to the two they recommend, unless you like waking up with your head on a water logged pillow. One generally gets me through the night unless my congestion is super bad, then I will sometimes have to use a 2nd one about 1/2 way through my night when I wake up for the bathroom and realize it's already completely dissolved.

A Great Product!
These tablets are inspired! I use them every night with my cpap. The back of each tablet has a coating that, when moistened, is easily glued to a back tooth to slowly dissolve while sleeping. Works like a charm! These would be good to use when speaking publicly, too - no more performance dry mouth. You really can't tell it's there once it's glued in. The minty flavor is there, but not overwhelming. I am never without my Xylimelts!
