This 490 Gallon Oil / Water Separator OB1-6 is designed to provide separation of oil from water in car washes, washing facilities and auto shops.

Expanded Product Overview:
This 490 Gallon Oil Water Separator OB1-6 is manufactured from 100% Fiberglass which makes this system lightweight and simple to install. Its coalescing filter is perfect for oil separation, as it separates by creating oil pockets. This system is designed for any car wash, washing facility or auto shop. This 490 Gallon Oil Water Separator is designed to efficiently remove free oil droplets and suspended solids from wastewater, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly operation. Our innovative solution will allow your facility to process water efficiently. This system comes with a top flange adapter and is also compatible for use with our Manhole Covers.
This system offers a “Bypass” option, which is built-in to the Oil Water Separator tank and has the shape of a tray. It is designed for quick drainage when an excess of water comes into the system, it bypasses the filtration and exits out the outlet. This is beneficial during storm and surface wastewater. Upon individual request, it is possible to manufacture a bypass for 10 times the capacity of the separator.
