Our handmade bar front panels are crafted from steel sheet and cast iron elements, featuring an industrial design accented by steel rivets and a raw steel finish sealed with a clear lacquer. Not only do they offer a rugged, stylish finish, but they’re also an economical and easy-to-install way to refresh your bar surface.

◾Product Dimensions◾

-Height: 100 cm (from bottom to top of each panel)
-Length: Varies based on the size range you select (see size chart for details). The “overall length” includes both the panel widths and post spacing.
-Posts (Feet & Top Plate): 80 mm depth × 150 mm width, each plate featuring 5 screw holes for secure installation.

◾ Installation Instructions◾

Prepare Your Bar Front

-Ensure the surface is level, with straight vertical lines and right-angled corners.
-If necessary, attach flat wooden boards to create a smooth, uniform surface.

Align the First Panel

-Place the first panel against your bar front (or the wooden boards).
-Check that the corners align properly and the lion plaque faces outward.

Secure Centre Screws

-Locate the pre-drilled holes (or marked screw locations) in the panel.
-Insert and tighten the centre screws first to hold the panel in place.

Attach the Half-Round Posts

-Align each post with its matching hole on the top of the panel.
-Use the provided 30 mm screws to secure the posts.
-Use the extra holes at the post base to fasten to the floor and at the top to attach to the underside of your bar top (optional but recommended).

Install Additional Panels

-For L-shaped or extended bars, repeat Steps 2–4 for each subsequent panel.
-Confirm corners meet and edges align before fastening.

Final Check

-Ensure all screws are tight and posts are secure.
-Inspect for gaps or misalignment; adjust as needed.

◾Ordering for L-Shaped or U-Shaped Bars◾

If your bar has multiple straight sides (like an L-shape or U-shape), each section needs to be purchased separately. Measure each straight run from corner to corner, then select the corresponding size range for that length and add it to your cart.

Example (L-Shaped Bar):
-One side measures 150 cm
-The other side measures 200 cm
-For the 150 cm side, choose the size range that covers 125–150 cm and add it to your cart.
-For the 200 cm side, choose the size range that covers 175–200 cm and add it to your cart again (as a separate item).

This way, you’ll receive two sets of panels—one for each straight section—ensuring a perfect fit around your L-shaped bar. Repeat the same process for U-shaped bars, ordering each side’s panels individually.

-Included: Vintage-style panels with cast iron lion plaques, half-round posts, and 30 mm screws.
-Not Included: Bar top is not supplied.
-Non-Refundable: Made to order based on your measurements and cannot be returned.
-Measurement Confirmation: Double-check dimensions and surface suitability prior to purchase.
-Flat Surface Required: Panels must be mounted on a fully flat surface for proper installation.
