Alliant Power's extensive remanufacturing process includes many upgrades. Starting with the improved end cap assembly with cold start fix, each injector has a precision matched control valve and spool to minimalize oil leakage. From there, the intensifier body and plunger are matched to eliminate fuel dilution, and the nozzle is flow tested to like-new performance. Each injector also gets new connectors, O-rings, hardware, and springs. Alliant Power prides themselves on offering OEM quality, without the OEM price.
