Vendemmia manuale, lenta fermentazione in botti di rovere grandi e affinamento per 9 mesi sui propri lieviti in parte in acciaio e in parte in botti di legno. Mineralità e classe, per quella che è una delle espressioni più alte di Sauvignon Blanc italiano.
Sauvignon di razza, il Quarz si esalta con crostacei grandi e piccoli, carni bianche e formaggi di media stagionatura. Da provare anche con agnello e vitello.

Happy with purchase

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the set. It seems sturdy and durable. The colors were just as pictured and very nice. The brush handle is a bit short, but that is okay. It took me a minute to get the lid flap in place, however, once I got it on it works as expected. A decent value.
