Colore giallo paglierino carico con riflessi dorati. Al naso le tipiche note floreali e fruttate della varietà sono impreziosite da profumi di scorza di arancia, nocciola tostata e marzapane. Vino di ottima struttura gustativa, persistente, che rivela una vena sapida sorretta da un tannino fine e saporito.Il Sicilia Grillo DOC “Haermosa” 2018 di Masseria del Feudo è prodotto con i grappoli selezionati della celebre uva siciliana, provenienti dalle parcelle più vecchie poste a 500 metri sul livello del mare. Dopo la diraspatura il mosto è lasciato a contatto con le bucce per circa 40 giorni, durante i quali avviene la fermentazione alcolica, e successivamente il vino sosta sulle fecce fini fino al momento dell’imbottigliamento. Un bianco dal carattere unico.
Ottimo con svariate ricette della cucina di mare e con le carni bianche in salsa.
