A very good experience overall.
The whole process went smoothly and efficiently except for the Repair Dept. spending 3 weeks trying multiple attempts to order parts and repair the computer before determining it was unrepairable. I will use Assurion in the future.

Honestly was shocked how fast they responded to my claim. I was updated constantly by text and email. The whole process was seriously easy and so stress free..
