Weighing only 560g, this tin contains approximately 8 portions, more than enough for the whole family. This freeze dried meal tin is ultra lightweight, great to pack in your bag for those camping weekends away. 

To prepare a single portion, remove 70g of dry mix from the can into a solid container. Next, carefully add 135ml of boiling water and stir thouroughly. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes. Season to taste, stir and enjoy!!
