After a five month maceration and refermentation of fruit and beer, it was bottled and allowed to naturally carbonate and mature before

After a five month maceration and refermentation of fruit and beer, it was bottled and allowed to naturally carbonate and mature before release.
The label artwork was done by Flo's mum, Bernadette.
Nemesia's tasting notes: On the nose, it leads with green table grape, lychee and pear, met with textbook Wildflower yeast character and a honeysuckle floral note. On the palate, honey and gentle tropical fruits. Acid lends a delightfully cleansing finish, with some oak woven in there too. A drink very true to the grape it represents.
