It is recommended for maximum strength, that the plates are installed underneath the OEM bumper tabs.

It leaks. I read many reviews and finally decided on this Camco EvoFlex water hose to use with our new travel trailer. I loved that it was flat, light, and flexible. On our 2nd campng trip it started leaking. The water was seeping through the hose near the connection to the faucet. (it was not dripping from the faucet connection) There must be small holes in the hose.
