ABOUT THE ART

"First and foremost on behalf of the Alto Arizona/ NDLON/ Puente Arizona family I would like to greatly thank all of the hundreds of artists who donated imagery to the Alto Arizona Art Campaign launch.  We appreciate your generosity, self determination and commitment to the struggle we face in Arizona battling SB1070, 287G, Joe Arpaio, Russel Pearce, Jan Brewer and HATE.

As of now we are working on the next chapter of this campaign which will include a new website and productions of more limited edition prints to be up for sale in the future.  The funds generated from the sales of this print ('Alto Arizona Girl') will go directly to hire a campaign manager to further organize and take this campaign to the next chapter.

We would also like to give a BIG thanks to our friend Shepard Fairey and his crew (Dan, Tina, Kyle, Mike, Olivia, Jen,  Jaspr, Debbie) who have been very helpful in the sales and facilitating of this campaign, your help and dedication has been a great help in our efforts for dignity in Arizona. Thanks."

- Ernesto

In the last year, Arizona’s immigrant and Latino community organized to defend themselves and to uphold cherished national values. They have marched, they have held sit-in’s, they have been arrested, and their efforts have captivated the attention of the nation. Critical to the effort in Arizona has been the voice of the artistic community. Our colleague, Ernesto Yerena inspired literally hundreds of artists- musicians, graphic designers, street artists, and others to donate artwork to the cause.

The body of work is an expression of liberation and was designed to lift the voices of a community that was supposed to be silenced by SB1070. Shepard has teamed up with Ernesto once again with the releasing of the 'Alto Arizona Girl' print.  The print uses a remixed image from the original collaboration for 'Immigration Reform' campaign of last year.

Love these socks!
The wife struggles with socks. She only like the Nike ones, then they discontinued them, so had to start the search again! Found these, they are expensive just like the Nike, but the size is true, they look great, they are super soft and stretchy. They are light weight and breathable and seem to wick away moisture. She loves these!

Great value, perfect for our infant room!
Color: Black, Size: Standard - 4 Panel
Great product, sturdy design and easy to build! It is a fairly light weight item, which aids in the maneuverability of the divider. The color was as described and is dark enough to block the light from our sleeping infants! I do love that you are able to see through the slats and see the child sleeping- if you are looking for something with MORE privacy, this is not it. It has great coverage area and is dark and a wonderful value for the price, however, you are able to see through the areas where each panel connects!

Don’t waste your money or time!
Color: White, Size: Standard - 4 Panel
Don’t waste your money. The instructions make no sense and the metal poles are either sized wrong for the product or screw holes are incorrectly placed, but no two poles matched in size and placement making it impossible to put this together without the panels being warped. No matter how I tried to switch the poles to see if I had them wrong, they always turned out warped and incorrectly fit. I finally gave up and threw everything out - I wasted $50 on this junk and because I didn’t try to put it together immediately after I bought it, it is way too late for a refund. Lesson learned!
