The VietCaPhe Traditional Coffee Phin offers a classic Vietnamese way of enjoying your coffee. Its elegant design and premium materials make it not only a functional tool but also a stylish addition to your kitchen.
Instructions for Use:
- Prepare the Phin: Place the base plate on top of your coffee cup.
- Add Coffee Grounds: Add 15-2 grams of medium-coarse ground coffee to the brewing chamber.
- Screw on the Tamp: Gently screw on the tamp to press the coffee grounds evenly.
- Add Hot Water: Pour a small amount of hot water (about 20ml) to bloom the coffee, then wait for 30 seconds.
- Fill with Water: Fill the chamber with hot water (about 90-95°C) up to the top.
- Cover with Lid: Place the lid on top and let the coffee drip slowly into your cup. This process should take about 4-5 minutes.
- Enjoy: Once the dripping stops, your traditional Vietnamese coffee is ready to enjoy. Add sweetened condensed milk or sugar to taste.
Difference Between 3-Part and 4-Part Phin:
