Shaft diameters range from 3/4" to 1-1/4", depending on drum diameter. Heavy-duty Flex-Hones are commonly used for block cylinders or liners, stationary diesel, oil and gas pipes, marine engine and many other applications. The heavy duty tool is recommended for large diameter or high production applications. The Flex-Hone® tool is always used in an oversized condition. Our sizes are listed by the nominal bore in which the hone is intended to be used.
