The Custom Splice 1 1/4" Receiver Shackle Adapter is designed for All ATV/UTVs and light passenger vehicles. Rated for 4,000 lb working load. 12,000 lb Ultimate failure rating. Weighing in at .4 lbs, its easy to include in your gear bag, where ever you go! As always, this shackle hitch receiver is 100% Made in America. Add our US Made 1/2" (5/8" pin) Shackle to insure you're using a quality product. Our 1/4" Soft Shackle is another great addition that will work perfectly when wanting to connect to your Hitch Adapter. We designed this mount with a 5/8" shackle in mind to insure the best quality fit and function.

Machined in the US, our Hitch Adapters are a stronger replacement for your trailer ball when using as an additional recovery point on your vehicle using a strap or yanker rope. Straps have a tendency to pop off balls without an adapter, giving you a less secure attachment point.

 Custom Splice Hitch Adapter Benefits:

Do not buy!!! Cheap product and bad customer service! The product is rusted upon delivery. It is not stable and will not hold an umbrella rated for 22lb stand upright with water alone. They wanted me to refill the stand and send them pictures of the tilt even though the rust should warrant a full refund with shipping covered, if they were a good company. The company is giving me the run around on a return and conflicting information. They said they I would have to pay for the return, then that they would, then and try keep trying to offer me a discounted rate and charging me shipping. Here is a copy of the communication. They offered $10 telling me that rust is not covered in their warranty, even if it arrived rusty! First message: "After the returned item is delivered to our warehouse with no issue, we will return your amount." Second message: "Generally, rust can be caused by many factors and is not typically covered under our warranty. However, as a valued customer, we’d like to offer you a USD 10 price return if you choose to keep and continue using the base as it is. Please let us know if this solution works for you, and we will process it right away."
