Industrial-Grade Wireless Temperature and Motion Sensor for Demanding Environments

Precision Monitoring with IP68/IP69K Ingress Protection

The RuuviTag Pro 2-in-1 sensor delivers laboratory-grade environmental data in a compact, fully sealed enclosure. Designed for applications where reliability is critical, it combines high-accuracy temperature sensing with motion and acceleration detection, making it an essential tool for cold chain logistics, equipment monitoring, and remote asset management. Its IP68 and IP69K ratings ensure operation after submersion in up to 50 metres of water for 24 hours and resistance to high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns, reducing the risk of sensor failure in wet or dusty conditions.

Medical-Grade Temperature Accuracy Without Calibration

At the core of the RuuviTag Pro is a temperature sensor engineered to meet ASTM E1112 and ISO 80601 standards for electronic patient thermometers. This provides an absolute accuracy of ±0.1 °C across the -20 to +50 °C range, with a resolution of 0.01 °C. Every unit is verified on a NIST-traceable production setup calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025 accredited standards, ensuring consistent, trustworthy readings for pharmaceutical storage, food safety, and HVAC diagnostics. Unlike generic sensors that drift over time, this level of precision helps maintain compliance and product integrity.

Extended Operating Range for Harsh Conditions

With an operational envelope spanning -40 °C to +85 °C, the RuuviTag Pro withstands extreme temperatures that would compromise lesser devices. The included 1000 mAh CR2477 wide-temperature battery supports up to two years of maintenance-free operation, minimising downtime in remote or hard-to-access installations. This makes it suitable for monitoring freezer rooms, engine bays, or outdoor equipment exposed to direct sunlight.

Seamless Integration with Victron Energy Systems

For off-grid and mobile power setups, the RuuviTag Pro integrates directly with Victron Cerbo GX, Venus GX, and CCGX devices via Bluetooth. This allows users to monitor temperature and humidity on the VRM Portal, set relay triggers for fans or heaters, and receive alerts for conditions like freezing pipes or overheating compartments. A compatible Bluetooth USB adapter is required; multiple adapters can extend range using USB extension cables. This integration reduces the complexity of wiring additional sensors in caravans, yachts, and remote cabins.

Professional Mounting and Versatile Connectivity

The sensor features robust mounting ears for secure attachment to wood, drywall, or concrete surfaces, enabling permanent installation in industrial or residential settings. Its Nordic Semiconductor nRF52832 chip supports Bluetooth and multiple 2.4 GHz mesh protocols, including Wirepas and Lumenradio, offering flexibility for scalable IoT networks. The built-in STMicroelectronics accelerometer adds motion and orientation data, useful for detecting equipment vibration, door openings, or tilt events.

Key Features

  • IP68/IP69K waterproof enclosure for submersion and high-pressure washdown resilience
  • ±0.1 °C medical-grade accuracy from -20 to +50 °C with NIST-traceable calibration
  • Operates from -40 to +85 °C with included wide-temperature CR2477 battery
  • Native Victron Cerbo GX integration for remote monitoring and relay control
  • Dual-sensor design: temperature/humidity plus 3-axis accelerometer
  • Compact 78.3 mm diameter, 15 mm height, and 38 g weight for unobtrusive placement

Applications Across Industries

From cold storage warehouses to marine engine rooms, the RuuviTag Pro addresses the limitations of consumer-grade sensors that lack durability or precision. It helps prevent spoilage in refrigerated transport, alerts operators to machinery overheating, and provides data logging for compliance audits. Its open-source firmware allows customisation for specialised use cases, while the long battery life reduces the need for frequent maintenance visits.

Upgrade your environmental monitoring with the RuuviTag Pro 2-in-1 sensor and gain actionable insights for your critical operations.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
