Solid daily vitamins with everything listed out clear

Cloma Pharma Asia Black-25 100C is really a full-on vitamin and mineral setup in capsule form, not some pre-workout or fat burner hype. It's simple: pack in the key vitamins, add some minerals, and throw in extras like inositol, choline, and lutein. This makes it your go-to daily base.

The vitamins here shine. You've got 1,500mcg vitamin A as beta carotene for eyes, skin, and immune stuff. 250mg vitamin C handles antioxidant work and collagen support. 25mcg vitamin D covers immune and bone basics. 100mg vitamin E as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate is a solid fat-based antioxidant. 80mcg vitamin K (as phytonadione) helps with vitamin D and calcium.

The B vitamins are dosed nicely, better than cheap multis. Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, and pantothenic acid all at 25mg, B12 at 100mcg, folate at 680mcg DFE. This setup fuels energy from food, nerves, and cell stuff. Folate, B12, and choline tie into metabolism, but choline's just 10mg as bitartrate – not enough to feel on its own for workouts or brain boosts.

Minerals are hit or miss. 150mcg iodine and 100mcg selenium nail thyroid support.

Cloma Asia Black-25 by Cloma Pharma contains 1500mcg Vitamin A, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • Full vitamin lineup in 3 caps – hits A, C, D, E, K, and all the B's instead of just a couple stars. Your body needs the whole team working together for real results.
  • 250mg vitamin C – enough to feel the antioxidant kick, help with skin and joints, and boost immune. Pairs great with E and selenium for total protection.
  • 25mcg vitamin D – smart amount for immune and bone support. This one's key since it touches way more than just bones.
  • 100mg vitamin E as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate – beefy dose from a natural source for fat-based antioxidant power. Works hand-in-hand with C's water-side help.
  • Beefed-up B vitamins – 25mg on thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, pantothenic acid, plus 100mcg B12 and 680mcg DFE folate. This fuels your energy and nerves without skimping.
  • 150mcg iodine + 100mcg selenium – killer combo for thyroid health. Iodine builds hormones, selenium handles the enzymes and protection.
  • 15mg zinc – good hit for immune, recovery, and everyday enzymes. Super useful if your meals repeat a lot and skip this key mineral.
  • 100mcg selenium as L-selenomethionine – top form that's easy for your body to use, way better than cheap versions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Cloma Pharma Asia Black-25 100C based on this verified formula?

Based on the verified label provided here, this is best understood as a daily vitamin-and-mineral formula in capsules. The formula centers on broad micronutrient coverage with vitamins A, C, D, E, K, a high-output B-complex, and a modest mineral panel including zinc, selenium, iodine, chromium, calcium, and magnesium.

How many capsules are in a serving?

A full serving is 3 capsules. The product provides 30 servings per container based on that serving size.

Does this product contain stimulants or caffeine?

Not according to the verified formula used for this page. There are no listed stimulant actives and no declared caffeine amount in the provided supplement facts.

Is this a good replacement for a dedicated magnesium or calcium supplement?

No. Magnesium is only 25mg and calcium is 50mg, so those amounts are supportive within a multivitamin context but not high enough to function like dedicated repletion products.

What are the standout nutrients in this formula?

The strongest areas are the broad vitamin panel, the robust B-complex, 250mg vitamin C, 25mcg vitamin D, 100mg vitamin E, 15mg zinc, 100mcg selenium as L-selenomethionine, and the iodine-plus-selenium pairing for thyroid-related nutritional support.

Why is the iodine and selenium pairing important?

Iodine is required for thyroid hormone production, while selenium is involved in enzymes that help metabolize thyroid hormones and protect thyroid tissue from oxidative stress. Including both is more thoughtful than including iodine alone.

When should I take this formula?

Take the 3-capsule serving with a meal, ideally one that includes some dietary fat. That helps with tolerance and supports absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.

Can I stack this with protein, creatine, or omega-3s?

Yes. This product works well as a foundational daily layer under protein powder, creatine monohydrate, fish oil, greens, and most training supplements. The main caution is avoiding overlap with another high-potency multivitamin.

Is the choline dose meaningful for focus or performance?

Not really. This formula provides 10mg of choline as choline bitartrate, which is far below the doses typically discussed in nootropic or performance-focused choline supplementation.

Is this formula fully transparent?

Yes, based on the verified facts panel used here. Individual vitamins, minerals, and supportive ingredients are listed with specific amounts rather than hidden inside a proprietary blend.

Multiple perspectives and fascinating battle plans
Format: Hardcover
D-Day: The World War II Invasion that Changed History by Deborah Hopkinson is a non-fiction book about the events of D-Day. This was an invasion of allied troops onto four German occupied beaches. It took months of painstaking planning and coordinated efforts of multiple nations to pull of this heroic feat. D-Day is widely considered one of the most important military efforts in history. This book does an amazing job of bringing a pivotal point in human history to life. It shows the perspectives of military commanders, journalists, world leaders and soldiers, which allows the reader to become immersed in the story of D-Day. The book was divided into 6 main parts that covered events before, during, and after D-Day. Within these parts, there was numerous other sections, like “Invasion Briefings” and “Reporter’s Notebook.” This broke up the information and made it easier to understand. My favorite aspect of the book was the invasion briefings. As a World War II buff, it was fascinating to see the intricate maneuvers involved with each invasion, and how different units worked in unison. The labeled maps, captions, and diagrams made the information very accessible. Each of the four beaches (Sword, Juno, Omaha, and Utah) had separate invasions that defied the tremendous odds against them. The Allied troops braved beach obstacles, enemy fire and terrible weather, sacrificing everything for a common goal. I also loved how this book displayed the bravery of those behind the scenes during D-Day. Though they were not present on the battlefield, thousands of people worked to build machinery, predict the weather, and plan the invasion. If President Roosevelt had picked the wrong day to invade, the entire D-Day operation may have been for nothing. But under extreme pressure, Roosevelt rose to the occasion and picked the right date. I think he said it best: “I thank the gods of war we went when we did.” I would recommend this book to any reader over the age of ten who enjoys history and reading about World War II. I believe that the best and worst of humanity can be witnessed in wartime situations, and reading about prolific wars is very important. Such a momentous event like D-Day should be appreciated by readers old and young. I give this book five out of five stars because of the multiple perspectives and fascinating battle plans. This book did justice to the importance of such a pivotal point in our history, and was simply a great read. Review by Anya A, age 14, Metropolitan Washington Mensa

Couldn't Put it Down
Format: Hardcover
Hopkinson takes a huge and complex historical event and somehow manages to explain the overarching purpose and events without ever losing sight of the individuals who made it happen. Terrifying, riveting and satisfying in equal measures. Great for young people who want to know more about seminal events (especially ones their relatives may have lived through) and for adults as well. Highly recommended.

Other Words for Home
Format: Hardcover
Other Words for Home by Jasmine Warga is a book that has melted my heart. From the moment I picked up this verse novel, I was engrossed in the story and the courage of the characters.  Jude, the main character, is a young girl from Syria. Her family has been separated by the unrest and violence in her country. To keep Jude and her mother safe, Jude's father has sent them both to live with an uncle in America. Life in America is challenging and scary. Jude is finding herself continually heeding her brother's words to "be brave." Taking his words to heart, Jude holds her head high as she starts school in America, meets new friends, and tries to find a balance between her life in America and her life in Syria. She even emulates his example and makes the choice to audition for the musical at her new American school.  Other Words for Home is a modern-day story of immigration and bravery. It tells the story of one young girl's desire to start her new life in America while she still honors the family and life she left behind in Syria.  It hits on the struggles of fitting in, learning a new language, and the realities of racism and intolerance that happens even here in America.  As I was reading Other Words for Home, I got lost in the poetic words that just flowed from the pages. They were melodic and entrancing. Jasmine Warga has a talent that I would put right up there with other verse novelists, such as K.A. Holt and Kwame Alexander. The verse novel structure was done with perfection, and it was a beautiful asset to Jude's story.

Everyone should read this book.

𝙄𝙣 𝙢𝙮 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 ⁣ 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 ⁣ 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜, ⁣ 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜, ⁣ 𝙞𝙣 𝘼𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙘, ⁣ 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 ⁣ 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 ⁣ 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙖𝙮. ⁣ 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤 ⁣ 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙙 ⁣ 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡, ⁣ 𝙣𝙤 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙜𝙚.⁣ ⁣ All the stars, hugs, ice cream cones, and applause for this gorgeous, heartwarming, important, perfect, middle grade book written in free verse. ⁣ ⁣ In her acknowledgments, Jasmine Warga said, “It wasn’t until I found Jude’s voice that the book was really born. I wrote Jude for my twelve-year-old self, who never saw a brown girl in a book who was proud of her family and where she came from. A brown girl with hopes and dreams of her own.” The voice Jasmine found for her main character, Jude, is astonishingly authentic, wonderfully observant, and filled with love and hope and strength. Jude’s voice combined with the free verse blew me away for its lack of pretension, naturalness, and profound beauty. I was worried that the free verse would feel forced, especially coming out of a twelve year old’s mouth, but instead it’s surprisingly organic and easy to read. ⁣ ⁣ This is a Syrian refugee story that reveals what should be obvious: that refugees want what everyone wants: to be happy, to be safe, and to be themselves. ⁣ ⁣Jude’s story is told with humor and heart and understanding and joy. It’s possibly my favorite book I’ve read so far this year.
