Eucalyptus essential oil keeps the bath energizing, not drowsy. Better-suited to mid-day or evening recovery soaks than a sleep ritual.
How to Use
Hot Bath, 1–2 Cups
Hot enough that you exhale when you sit down. One cup for moderate soreness, two for tournament-level recovery. Pour under the running tap to dissolve cleanly.
Soak 20 Minutes
20 minutes is the standard window. Hydrate during the soak — magnesium routines are easier on the body when you’re well-watered.
Out, Stretch, Sleep
A few easy stretches after the bath while muscles are warm and pliable. Then bed. Recovery happens in sleep; the bath sets it up.

Menthol Crystals
Cooling
Pure menthol crystals dissolve in warm water and give skin a clean, cooling sensation. The familiar sport-rub note.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Aroma
Sharp, clean, restorative. Pairs naturally with menthol and reads as recovery rather than relaxation.
