Un Sagrantino di grande equilibrio, figlio di una maturazione in barrique di circa 22 mesi che nel bicchiere svela tutta la profondità della tipologia. Già oggi straordinario, Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG Collepiano di Arnaldo Caprai, regalerà emozioni per molti anni.
A tutto pasto, ben si abbina a carne arrostita preferibilmente con un buon contenuto di grassi, spezzatini e selvaggina.
