A small, handcrafted kitchen knife made for those who value precision and control in their cooking. Presented in a wooden gift box bound with tarred lacing, it offers not only a rustic look but also the distinctive scent of an outdoor fire. Inside, you’ll find a sharpening tool to keep your blade perfectly honed.

Lightweight and versatile, the Allround Knife features a compact 12 cm blade, a smaller counterpart to our Gyuto Chef knife UHC and Santoku knife UHC. Its fine edge delivers exceptional sharpness, ideal for precise tasks like chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and trimming meat. Its razor-thin slicing capabilities make it perfect for creating delicate, paper-thin cuts, though it is not recommended for cutting through bones or other hard materials.

Forged from Roselli’s proprietary UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel, the blade offers extraordinary sharpness and edge retention. The handle, crafted from stained curly birch and coated with linseed oil, ensures a comfortable and secure grip even when wet.

The knife comes with a finely crafted sheath made from Finnish vegetable-tanned leather, designed for both practicality and elegance, ideal for safe storage between cooking sessions, during travel, or when sending your knife to Roselli for our complimentary sharpening service.

Together with the Santoku knife UHC and Gyuto Chef knife UHC, the Allround Knife forms a perfectly balanced trio that covers every cutting need in the kitchen.

As with all Roselli UHC steel blades, the Allround Knife combines exceptional sharpness with durability, handle with care and avoid striking bones or other hard materials to maintain its edge.

An inspiring book on the uplifting qualities of the Camino pilgrimage
Format: Kindle, Format: Kindle
I highly recommend the book, “Buen Camino”, written by Gordon J. Bernhardt. It is focused on his 2018, 35-day pilgrimage/trek called the Camino de Santiago, or The Way of Saint James. The walk starts in the Pyrennes at St Jean Pied de Port in France and ends at the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral in northern Spain, then to the coastal towns of Muxia and Finisterre, 618 miles later. Gordon shares what the pilgrimage meant to him as a way to reset his life, his interaction with the pilgrims along the way and the life lessons learned, how to handle unexpected problems and opportunities, and the importance of stepping away from our busy lives to help us focus on the true priorities. He blends his experience on the Camino with his profession in wealth management, and how helping/interacting with people in his personal, professional, and spiritual life has enriched his existence. After reading this book, you will walk (pardon the pun) with a different view of what is truly important in your life.

Format: Kindle
Gordon Bernhardt does an excellent job describing his adventure traveling the Camino de Santiago beginning in France and ending in Spain. He describes the impact it had on his personal and professional life and how experiences such as this can reward an individual in all aspects of their life. We are all on a journey through life and with the right perspective, which he delineates, can enhance and reward us and those around us. He encourages us to enjoy our journey and interactions with others. I recommend this book for anyone that wants to get the most out of life and benefit from lessons learned along the way.

"We're All Peregrinos"
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
I highly recommend this book. I just finished reading it, now it’s time to review and reflect. It’s one of those books that will be kept close at hand because of the many passages useful in daily life. This book isn't just for investors (financial) it's a book for those who believe that life itself is an investment. Thought provoking questions at the end of each chapter are a plus. As stated above, "We're All Peregrinos" (pilgrims), on our own hike through life. If you let it, this book will have a positive impact on how your journey goes.

A great book to read about pursuing a passion and gaining insights about life and culture
Format: Hardcover
I enjoyed reading this book. The author, Gordon Bernhardt, writes his preparation and journey for a Camino Hike through Spain with vivid expressions and fun stories. He has such a good ability for story-telling that I feel like I was walking side by side with him. He also can draw incredible and unexpected insights from the hiking experience and apply them to the essential aspects of life and investing. Highly recommend reading this book.
