Esta serie de libros. con sus vídeos complementarios está dirigida a guitarristas flamencos o de otras disciplinas que quieran conocer o perfeccionar elementos técnicos que caracterizan a la guitarra flamenca. Este trabajo está pensado para entrenar técnicamente al guitarrista, no vamos a aprender en él ningún palo ni ninguna falseta, sino a aprender a perfeccionar la técnica necesaria para poder interpretar esos palos o falsetas de una forma correcta. El libro se encuentra dividido en dos partes:

-Ejercicios mecánicos: Serie de ejercicios rutinarios con la idea de mecanizar y automatizar movimientos.

-Estudios: Pequeñas obras pensadas para aplicar en ellas todo lo trabajado con los ejercicios.

This series of books, along with their complementary videos, is directed toward flamenco guitarists or guitarists of the other disciplines who want to learn or perfec the basic techniques that characterize flamenco guitar. This work is made to train the guitarist in varius techniques. We're not going to learn any song forms (palos) or falsetas, but rather we will learn and perfect the necessary techniques in order to play palos and falsetas correctly. Each of these books consists of several sections, and each section has two parts:

-Mechanical exercises: Consisting of a routine exercises designed to mechanize and automate movements.

-Studies: These are short works in wich we will apply what we learn in the exercise.

Totally worth it!!
So I have combination skin with a tendency toward closed comedones and I decided to try this product because I heard that azelaic acid helps with closed comedones. Honestly, I didn’t have very high expectations because my closed comedones have been very stubborn. I was already using the COSRX BHA before introducing this product, but it worked very slowly, so I wasn’t really getting the results I wanted from that product alone. Let me tell you that once I introduced this product, I finally started seeing the results I was looking for. I have noticed that my closed comedones have been resolving way faster than when I was only using the BHA and my skin also feels softer and overall looks healthier. I also want to mention that even though I don’t get inflamed breakouts very often, when I do get one, I feel like this product helps it calm down and go away much faster. I did start incorporating it slowly, and I highly recommend that anyone who wants to start using this product do the same and not rush into using it every day right away. Despite that, I personally haven’t had any issues with irritation at all and I actually find it very soothing, but you always need to be careful when adding new actives to your routine. I am currently using this product 4-5 days a week, once a day, and on the days I do not use it, I use my BHA instead. I also find that this product lasts a long time, since you only need like five drops for the entire face and the consistency is very watery. I’ve been using it for around two months, and there is still plenty left. Overall, I really recommend this product because it has helped me a lot, and while I am not sure if this alone would be enough to treat closed comedones, I would definitely say it is a great complement to other treatments.
