  • 500g Black Pomfret, cleaned and cut into pieces

  • 500g Black Pomfret, cleaned and filleted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
