Are Canadians becoming less religious? After playing a central role in our lives for nearly a century, religion did seem to be losing its salience in Canada. Many observers saw this trend as inevitable, reflecting secularization patterns seen elsewhere in the Western world. But there is more to the story.

Reginald Bibby’s Resilient Gods takes an in-depth look at the religious landscape in Canada today. Pulling together extensive data, he finds that a solid core of some 30 percent continue to embrace religion, while a similar proportion is rejecting it. The remaining 40 percent are somewhere in the middle. The picture that emerges is not one of religious decline but rather of religious polarization, with the numbers of “pro-religious,” “no religious,” and “low religious” in flux. Such proclivities are influenced by social and cultural factors, one being increased immigration, which is ensuring the viability of a pro-religious core.

The gods are here to stay, Bibby argues, but so what? Using the most current information available, including unique national survey data, he explores the implications of pro-religious, no-religious, and low-religious choices for personal and social well-being, spirituality, and attitudes towards death. The questions he asks are compelling and the answers thought-provoking whether one embraces the gods or not.

Koji white
The Koji White Bump & Body Scrub Soap is a total game-changer for body care. It gently exfoliates with a natural, gritty texture that helps reduce bumps and leaves the skin feeling incredibly smooth and refreshed. The scent is light and pleasant—not overpowering—and the apricot-like ingredients leave your skin with a soft glow. It’s especially great for rough areas like the thighs and buttocks. After consistent use, I noticed a visible difference in texture and tone. Plus, the round shape and embossed design make it feel like a luxury spa bar. Highly recommend for anyone looking to smooth and brighten their skin!

Worth a try
Its a really good item and works well. I will say if you aren't a fan of exfoliation then don't use this as you will feel it rough initially but after your skin will be super soft. It takes a few days to get used to it but once you do you will be hooked. Works great on those bumps you get on your back from sweat or just irritation and helps clear that up quickly as well as helps keep those armpits and thighs nice and bright and avoid it getting dark.

Great exfoliator but can burn sensitive skin.
I like to use it for my dry patchy skin and works great but not good for sensitive skin. Also, don't let it get on your lady parts ... ouch.

Smoothes Skin and Brightens Dark Spots
I’ve been using this Koji White body scrub soap for a few weeks and love how it smooths rough bumps on my skin. The exfoliation is gentle but effective, leaving my skin feeling soft and clean. I noticed some brightening on dark spots and uneven areas, which is a huge plus. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering, making it enjoyable to use. Overall, it’s a great product for improving skin texture and tone!
