How will I get the video files?

Upon payment and after deciding on your videos, you will receive a DropBox invite to a folder containing all of your video selections. (Direct links are also available for instant download.)
Blu-Ray DVD or SD Card/Hard Drive
Upon payment and decision of which videos you'd like, your videos will be sent via USPS to you and a tracking # will be sent so you know just when to expect it. (International orders may take several weeks)
What if I want to cancel? What is your satisfaction policy?
Because you will be receiving the digital video files upon purchasing your plan, annual payment is required because should you decide to cancel, we have no way to remove the videos from your devices. Note that in most cases we provide you with the digital .MP4 video file; we can also provide discounted pricing on commercial-grade Samsung TVs with integrated players. What happens after 1 year is up?
Our agreement is complete; you can cancel, or renew your subscription if you want to keep enjoying the benefits! However, you will not have a valid license and will therefore be in violation of copyright infringement.

One Tough Ball!

Our dogs are loving this ball. Our 1 yr old hound is a world-class chewer and he can't make a dent in this ball. The interactive buzzing and bouncing keeps them entertained for long durations. It's a mite noisy but the barking from the 1 yr old is much louder, lol. Even turned off, they like playing with it and chewing on it. Based on the tough construction, we think it will last much longer than traditional chew balls.

My puppy’s favorite

If you love your dog…don’t buy this.

We have a nonaggressive English cocker. She opened the ball every time she played with it. And yes, we are closing it as hard as we can. I do not recommend this toy for any dog! This is a dangerous toy for a dog that is not supervised.
