Built for high-volume cooking and holding, this double-deck cabinet combines two mobile compartments, simple mechanical controls, and stainless steel durability in one space-saving footprint.
- Double-deck, two-compartment design delivers high-volume output in a compact mobile cabinet.
- Holds up to 16 full-size sheet pans or 32 hotel pans total.
- Mechanical controls manage cook time, cook temperature, and hold temperature with automatic cook-to-hold cycling.
- Cooks up to 250°F and holds food from 100°F to 190°F.
- Stainless steel construction, full insulation, and a low-speed fan support durability and even heat.
- Ships with 6 wire shelves total and a stacking kit; 5" casters make repositioning easy.
- Dual-voltage 208/240V, single-phase power uses a NEMA 6-30 plug on each compartment and typically does not require a hood.
