The Vitamix Touch and Go 2 Blending Station (In Counter) is driven by a newly designed 2 HP motor with a larger cooling fan. Vitamix designed this motor to blast through the thickest and heaviest ingredients at any speed, not just to simply spin faster. Vitamix tuned in the Touch and Go 2 and programmed it to run at the perfect speeds for the perfect amount of time to make the best frozen beverages. It comes as no surprise that Jamba Juice only uses the Vitamix Touch and Go 2 Blending Station, as well as the more powerful Blending Station Advance in their stores nationwide. The Touch and Go 2's ease of use and ability to make consistent and well-blended products will save time and labor and ultimately provide faster service for customers.

Ultra-Quiet Blending

Vitamix enlisted the help of a NASA engineer to design the Touch and Go 2 Blending Station with safety and comfort in mind. It comes equipped with built-in sound abatement cover that is both compact and easy to open and shut. Blending ice typically can be incredibly noisy, but the Touch and Go 2 operates at a sound level near that of a normal conversation. Your employees will thank you for saving their ears, and your customers will appreciate being able to talk without interruption.

Perfect Programming, Simple Operation

The Vitamix Touch and Go 2 takes all of the guesswork out of drink making with its built-in programs and easy-to-use controls. This Blending Station has 6 beverage buttons that you can set to remember any of its 34 pre-programmed recipes. Each recipe tells your Vitamix what speeds to run at and for how long. It will run faster or slower as needed and will stop automatically when the beverage is ready to serve. Find the recipes that best fit your signature drinks, or add your own via the built-in programming port and the optional USB software kit. Manual blending is a snap on the Touch and Go 2. Choose from 93 different speeds ranging from high to low, or take advantage of the low and high-speed pulse blending to quickly refresh your drinks.

High Performance Advance Container

The Vitamix Touch and Go 2 comes with the 60-ounce Advance Container with measurement markings to 32 ounces. The polycarbonate Advance container is NSF-Certified and features a wide base that creates a powerful vortex, continually circulating ingredients and significantly reducing cavitation and noise. The hardened steel Advance Blade is precisely designed to be paired the shape and dimensions of this container, and it features dual sealed bearings to increase the lifespan in high volume applications. It has a longer blade than blades found in previous models and is built to reduce blending time for faster customer service. The result is perfectly shaved ice flakes that form the base for the very best frozen margaritas, daiquiris, smoothies and more. Additionally, Vitamix has redesigned the container with a new No-Drip spout and splash-guard locking lid. The Advance container is ready to go out of the box for any Advance or Blending Station (non-PBS) blender and will immediately improve efficiency in your restaurant or bar with no new programming required.

Superior Construction

All Vitamix blenders are engineered to withstand heavy use, outperforming and out-lasting other commercial blenders in test after test. Surrounding the motor is a sturdy ABS plastic body that withstands abuse and is easy to clean. The Touch and Go 2 puts food safety first with its NSF-Certified polycarbonate Advance Container. Its UL Listing ensures compliance with building and electrical codes. The 2-piece heavy rubber lid locks into place and has a cap on top which allows you to add ingredients while the Blending Station is running. This Vitamix blender features Smart Technology, with built-in overheating protection and a total drink counter for daily, weekly, monthly or yearly totals.

3 Year Warranty And Support

Like all Vitamix machines, the Touch and Go 2 Blending Station is built to last. VELCRO Ties Are the Standard to Rely On

I am a big fan of VELCRO brand products because of their quality and utility. I have used their rolls of Velcro hook and loop tape as well as their little patches, and I became a brand loyalist. Yes, there are many other manufacturers, but these are certainly as good as it gets. This product is your very basic, very thin, and very copious supply (for my neighbors in Rio Linda - that means plenty of them). You get two big spools of these little eight (8) inch ties that are adhesive throughout their length - that means you can tie the smallest cables to anything almost up to their full length. If you need a longer wrap - use more than one and just extend the length by piggy backing them. The real advantage of this bulk package is that you are not tempted to save some for later - you have enough to use as many as you like and can happily go tie crazy on all your cords! It's VELCRO party time. We live in an electronic age, and I have a lot of more pricey hook-and-loop specialty ties, and I try to keep a few back as spares. Forget that - with these little ties, I can actually use them and do what I need to get those tangled cords in shape. O.K. maybe I am a geek, but I cook my chicken - dead already, and I believe in independent segregated wiring and not tripping over things or spending time untangling messes when I need to move gear. These big rolls will make your life easier - I use them to attach notes to little jars or vials - to tie two gloves together when I am not wearing them - and other uses even cutting them into smaller pieces. That's one of the advantages of these bulk spools - lots of supply. Yes, the individual ties are dinky thin little things, but they hold very well (why you buy genuine VELCRO) and you don't feel stupid using them up on anything you feel like. They are expendable, and that adds to their ultimate utility. Darned useful product. Buy it - use it; enjoy.

Very Effective, but Not the Instructions

These work very well, but when you remove them from the box, you see two donuts, one grey, one black, of 75 tightly wrapped cable ties each. So far, so good. First deficiency: The "how to use" pictures---three of them---are tiny light line drawings in 7/16" x 7/16" boxes. If you don't have a 400-power microscope, maybe a magnifying glass will do. Maybe Velcro---a "name" brand that should know better---thinks that the use of these devices is obvious. Well, "obvious" is obvious only when it's obvious, and that can vary from person to person. They should assume nothing. Second deficiency: Before trying (and, one hopes, succeeding) at using these ties, one must determine exactly now to remove the first tie from the outside of either donut. Obvious? No, not really, because, as it turned out, it requires some effort to remove the first one---the placement and circumstances of which do not at all (not on my set of these, anyway) suggest in any concrete way which one should be taken first. No one wants to tear up a couple of ties just to figure out how not to tear up ties by removing them incorrectly or out of order. The punishment here is four stars that could have been five.
