Therefore, the carbon atoms in carbon nanotubes are mainly sp2 hybridized, and once the hexagonal network structure forms a spatial topology, a certain sp3 hybridization can be formed. The diameter of SWCNT is generally between 1-2 nm. Single walled carbon nanotubes can reach lengths of micrometers, even millimeters and centimeters, with a large aspect ratio and superior electrical, mechanical, and thermal properties.
