This kit is based on Double antibody Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti SELP antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody.

The Rabbit SELP (P-Selectin) ELISA Kit measures SELP in Rabbit Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti SELP antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with SELP bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of SELP in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Awesome Boards….BUT the Smell!!!!

I’d love to give these 5 stars, they are heavy, well made, smooth, deep juice grooves, just nice….but the smell! I washed them, then used vinegar on them, set them outside over night, washed them again….its better but still present. I’d love some guidance on this. I’m hoping it goes away in a few days. It’s like a very strong woodsy smell that actually made my whole kitchen smell like these boards! Edit: Ok, here's what I did. Washed, let dry, coated and scrubbed with apple cider vinegar, set them in a high air flow area for 24 hours (I put mine outside on the patio over night), washed and scrubbed again, let dry, scrubbed with lemons and salt, let dry, washed again. Finally, there is still a slight smell if you push them against your nose but that seems to be fading as well. So, great boards if you want to go stubbornly go through the smell removal process. I don't think it's a chemical smell, I think it's processed bamboo that is shrink wrapped in air tight packaging too soon after manufacturing. Anyway, I'll move this to 4 stars....but lots of work involved here!
