Coming straight out of the streets of Lisbon, Portugal, REALITY SLAP is ready to show the world that great hardcore music exists beyond the confines of the United States. REALITY SLAP combine the best of old-school aggressive sounds with modern groove-based hardcore vibes. Their songs are full of fast riffs and heavy grooves, and they always pack a punch. The members of REALITY SLAP are no strangers to the punk and hardcore scene. Collectively, they have been touring across Europe in their previous bands before forming and hitting the touring circuit as REALITY SLAP in 2009. After the release of their demo and first EP in 2009, they recorded and released their frst full-length album Necks & Ropes in 2012, the album featuring appearances from Justice Tripp (TRAPPED UNDER ICE, ANGEL DU$T) and Winston McCall (PARKWAY DRIVE) In 2016 REALITY SLAP signed to WAR Records, owned by Andrew Kline of Los Angeles hardcore band STRIFE. The band refined their sound and recorded their strongest material to date, Limitless, at Eyeball Studios in Portugal. Limitless bridges the gap between the old and the new, merging the enduring influence of DMIZE, OUTBURST, BREAKDOWN, CRO-MAGS and BAD BRAINS mixed with modern bands like TURNSTILE, BACKTRACK, DOWN TO NOTHING and TERROR.

Nice, BUT a few mounting holes would have made it 5 stars!

These seem to be fine but since I have to use this to hold a power brick to a wood joist which is NOT smooth, the included adhesive back is not something that will hold securely! I ended up have to screw two wafer head screws through the rubber backing and into the joist to hold the holder to the wood joist securely. If they put some thought into the design, it would have been nice, if they had incorporated a few mounting holes, which would have taken care if this being mounted to items that are not smooth such as a wood joist or other rough surfaces!

Great for a gaming laptop!

Great product is you want to mount any size laptop under your desk. I used it for my Alienware gaming laptop and it's fantastic! The three points of contact hold the laptop securely, while allowing maximum airflow for the fans. The three "clamps" are rock solid and will definitely outlive the laptop. The installation was simple and easy, just need a drill.

Reclaimed real desk space with this one. The mount holds the laptop securely underneath without any vibration or creaking and the installation required no drilling — clamped cleanly to the desk edge. The ventilation spacing is generous enough that thermals stay reasonable even under load. Works with a solid range of laptop sizes and the adjustment mechanism is easy to use. If your laptop spends most of its time docked this is the cleanest way to get it out of the way.

Works great, but pads are peeling.

Works for what I needed, which was to mount my work laptop to the side of my desk. However, the rubber pads started peeling the first day. I tried clamping them down overnight, but they still ended up peeling up. They haven't come off completely and are still working, though. I may have to glue them down.
