充滿酒蔵的執著與堅持的一段仕込，袋搾而成的無濾過生原酒，「醸す森」經過翻新後的全新系列「ゆきのまゆ」。
生酒獨有的、充滿活力的炭酸感，清爽而濃郁的味道。洋梨或荔枝般的清甜香氣，酸味亦緊緊聯繫起後味。雖然十分適合為食前酒，但如果和料理一同享用的話，可以搭配pizza或法式肉批。
【酒蔵：苗場酒造 | 醸す森】
「苗場酒造株式會社」創業於1907年。位於日本有名的豪雪地帶，新潟縣中魚沼津南町，是一家自古以來因釀造高品質日本酒而受到愛戴的地酒藏。
在珍惜著親近當地人們而來的歷史的同時，把各種各樣人的思想重疊，由此決定開始新銘柄的造酒。「目標是想釀造出帶有清爽的吟釀香，將米的甘甜與旨味凝聚結合，不會喝膩的日本酒」。
洗米﹑造麴﹑釀造作業（仕込）﹑上槽等基本上都是人手操作，總而言之就是纖細地﹑優雅地﹑花上時間與成本而製造的，究極的逸品。即使只是細小的地酒藏，帶著巨大的夢想與熱情來挑戰，「嶄新而充滿果香的日本酒」。這個就是「ゆきのまゆ」。

Don’t buy for restaurant industry

Good looking shoes, fairly comfortable and good value based on the description shared, so I don’t feel it’s fair to rate them lower than 4 stars. I had high hopes for them based on previous reviews from others saying they wore them in the food and beverage industry that mentioned their quality and durability, however I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you do. I purchased these to wear working in a full service upscale restaurant and in less than two months have managed to have torn the material on the middle exterior section and the bottoms of the shoes are already completely worn down. Good design, but the durability needs to be improved if they’re to hold up for that industry.

I bought these for work as a bartender in August of 2025. By December, the tops were scuffed, frayed, and peeling beyond repair, and by February, the soles were coming off. I’ve never had a pair of shoes with such low quality.

Most comfortable shoes, right out of the box!

Oh my! So, my ordering of shoes online has been hit or miss - 1/2 size too big or too small; too wide or not wide enough. Enter these Marc Joseph shoes… such a game changer. They fit like a glove, exceptionally comfortable, and easy to slip in and out of. I like them so much that I am shopping for another pair. So far, the size, quality, fit, feel, look, and comfort make this pair my dedicated first pick. Btw, I have been wearing them for six hours and they are still very comfortable! I highly recommend these shoes.
