It’s powered by the industry’s fastest charging 18-Volt lithium-ion batteries (sold separately), allowing users to remain in 1 battery platform and use the same fast-charging 18-Volt batteries on the XRJ04Z as they use across the Makita 18-Volt LXT cordless tool line-up. The XRJ04Z is equipped with efficiency features for faster cutting. The long 1-1/4 in. stroke length increases cutting efficiency, and the refined crank mechanism design minimizes blade deflection and reduces vibration. Convenience features include a large 2-finger variable speed trigger, electric brake, and tool-less blade change for faster blade installation and removal. Makita 18-Volt Lithium-Ion batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger. For improved tool performance and extended battery life, Makita created Star Protection Computer Controls. Star Protection is communication technology that allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions during use to protect against overloading, over-discharging and overheating. My teacup chihuahua liked it, so I can't complain. It was part of his Christmas gifts this year. It's nice and exactly as pictured. It has a squeaker in it and is well made. I would have given it 5 stars, but I guess I misjudged the size a little (my fault) and I think the price is a little high. Other than that, I'm all-together pleased with my purchase. I would probably order from this company again.

Greyhound approved
My greyhound loves this and will play with it daily. He ripped the squeaker out unfortunately, which I will need to replace back in. Other than that, it's nice to have a toy that doesn't clash with my decor... I know that sounds crazy but all the different wild colors of dog toys littered across my living room can drive me nuts!

a terrific durable play toy
A must for your Jack Russell puppy! He brought this same bunny with him when we got him at 9 1/2 weeks. must nurse on to sleep! so precious. disaster struck it after 6 months.........oh, NOOOOOO! didn't know which brand, but, found it right here on Amazon. Thank you Pet Lou, for making such a durable, fun, cute & inexpensive dog toy. I'm even buying more to send to his Mother & Father dog, brother & sister so they can have fun too

No grunting noise
I had the large size rabbit toy for my Golden Retriever. It has since been destroyed and discarded, but it was much loved by my dog for the grunting and squeaking noises. This smaller version, purchased for my parents' pugs, is not as great. There is no grunting noise, just a squeaker. It's still cute and the quality is good, but it was slightly disappointing to find no "grunter."
