Overview

This highly portable Metrel appliance testing package combines affordability with the features of more expensive systems, making it an excellent choice for efficient appliance testing. It integrates the Metrel 3309BT appliance tester with a dedicated Metrel/Zebra Li-Ion belt clip printer and the Android APAT application, delivering exceptional portability and functionality.

In conjunction with a compatible Android device (sold separately), APAT Android application enhances the testing experience by enabling users to control the PAT tester directly from an Android compatible device. It allows for scanning previously tested items using QR codes, facilitating easy access to existing test results and appliance data. Users can choose between short-code tests and user-programmed tests, as well as store images or other attachments linked to specific assets. The application also offers a user-programmable logo that can be changed at the touch of a button and enables users to search through test results to easily identify which items have or have not yet been retested. Additionally, users can create several ‘blank’ appliances ready for testing with incremental ID numbers. The capability to store tests on an Android compatible device significantly increases memory storage, allowing for tests to be stored either on the Android device or exported to PC software for reporting and archiving via popular file sharing protocols or email.
