The Hydro Crunch 315-Watt CMH Conversion Kit allows you to convert any existing light reflector with a standard mogul socket to use with a 315W Ceramic Metal Halide lamp (two prong base) with our socket adapter and 315W CMH ballast. Our Hydro Crunch 315-Watt CMH Conversion Kit includes one each: PGZ18 - E39 (Mogul base) lamp socket adapter and 315W CMH Ballast with 14.5 ft. 120V power cord and 240V adapter included for variable voltage 120/240V. Includes daisy chainable feature (120V MAX 4 units, 240V MAX 8 units). Low Mains frequency 50/60 Hz, square wave type. End of Lamp life, short circuit, open circuit, ignition failure and thermal protections for safety. ETL Listed. 2 Year Warranty. How it works- Our MOG to CMH adapter has one end with a standard mogul socket thread and the other side has holes to fit the prongs on a CMH two prong lamp. DOA - doesn't work.

Love the looks of this watch but I cannot get it to work. I think that it is mechanical, but I wind it and it only runs for one to 10 minutes and sometimes not at all. Am I doing something wrong?

nice watch but expect what you pay for.

Pretty solid watch decent size face i prefer large face watches even with my small wrist. Its pretty good at staying synchronized. The case is pretty solid but closer inspection makes it look cheap, i still love though and it does get a lot of looks. The band is my really only big complaint it feels chintsy and cheap, the clasp spring fellout once but very simple to re-insert and if you have small wrist like me its definite resize. Other than that for the price its a cool mechanical watch.
