The DSC MoistureWave Microwave Moisture Analyzer determines the moisture or solids of samples in a short amount of time, compared to traditional methods such as infrared or air oven. That makes it ideal to use in chemical, foods, pharmaceutical and wastewater facilities because it saves the cost and time of QC and QA in-line control systems. It features a unique semicircle microwave that focuses microwave, rapid rising speed of temperature and the unique design of the cavity ensures the homogeneity of microwave in the cavity. The infrared temperature control and continuous weighting system monitors the sample temperature during the drying process, matching it up with weight loss to control the testing process according to the method preset.
