180 gram, clear vinyl; edition of 300. Trash Kit are Rachel Aggs (guitar, vocals), Rachel Horwood (drums, vocals), and Gill Partington (bass). Three deeply creative individuals who play in a multitude of other groups including Bas Jan, Sacred Paws, Shopping, and Bamboo. Although Trash Kit have their forebears in bands like Sleater-Kinney, The Ex, and The Raincoats, their sound is still very much their own take on facing forwards and relies as much on the naturalism of an internalized folk music as on their sincerity of vision. For Horizon, carefully crafted through years of playing out live, the band have chased down the distance between what they wanted the record to sound like and it's realization. They've augmented these songs with choral arrangements, piano, saxophone, harp, viola, and cello. Horizon finds itself full of themes, especially the notion of looking to the future. "Coasting", which opens the album, is concerned with "the end of the world and also the afterlife" and was written after Aggs read The Parable of the Sower (1993) by the Afro futurist sci-fi writer Octavia Butler, a novel set in an apocalyptic California and featuring a protagonist in search of change and renewal. "Sunset" draws on similar themes of ending and salvation, and proves equally ruminative. "Dislocate" on the other hand is an upbeat sprint of spinning guitar and piano riffs showcasing both Rachels's overlapping vocal magnetism. "Horizon" is a sleeping giant of a title track, forever reaching out and intensifying throughout it's lively five-minute lesson in reinforcement. "Every Second" was written in the aftershock of Trash Kit's tour with The Ex on their big convoy anniversary tour. "See Through" sounds pointed and surly, urging you to "transcend, break down" outdated categories and patterns of thought that only restrict. Partington's bassline plummets heavily to hammer this home, making it one of the most affecting songs from the album. Meanwhile "Get Out of Bed" deals with "being an overachiever and the struggle to overcome self-doubt, get motivated, never feeling like you've done enough" Aggs admits. A strong undercurrent throughout Horizon concerns itself with the freeing up of power to make your own definitions, in this case how you can decide what truly makes you feel like you've achieved something.

Works well...but the price!
I ordered two sets to connect 3 monitors together for a workstation at my job. These are well designed and the magnets are pretty strong. Installation is easy and it holds the alignment well.
The only issue is the price. For what it is, the price is quite high. The value proposition would be much higher for those who need to be able to not have them aligned from time to time, such as rotating one around for others to see in an office. But if don't need to do this and just want alignment, there are much cheaper options.
If you want to go the cheapest DIY route and it won't be seen, some popsicle sticks with two sided tape works well. You can crack them in the middle to act as a hinge.

Awesome product only thing that worked
I originally thought the Screen Buddy was overpriced, but after spending hundreds of dollars trying to perfectly align my monitors for sim racing, this is genuinely the only thing that has actually worked properly.
Triple monitor alignment is one of the most frustrating parts of building a sim rig, especially with monitor arms constantly moving or sagging. This finally made everything line up the way I wanted.
Expensive? Maybe. Worth it after all the headaches? Absolutely. Great job.

Doesn't stick
The adhesive tape kept coming off. I cleaned and followed the installation instructions, but it still kept coming off. Wouldn't recommend.

Works Great, Very happy customer
I’ve tried a few different ways to connect and manage dual monitors, and the Screen Buddy Dual Monitor Connector is easily one of the most straightforward and reliable solutions I’ve used. Setup was quick—no confusing instructions or extra headaches
Performance-wise, it’s been rock solid. The connection stays stable and even when I bumped the monitors once, and they disconnected, it was a quick push and they clicked right back together.
Build quality feels solid and durable, not flimsy like some cheaper connectors. It’s clearly designed with everyday users in mind, whether you’re working, gaming, or multitasking across multiple apps.
Overall, it delivers exactly what it promises: a simple, dependable way to keep your screens connected with no gaps or one being too high or too low. Definitely worth it if you want a clean, hassle-free dual monitor setup.

Warning, if you have two different thickness of monitors these may not work as intended.
The product seems very well made and the adhesive is very strong. These seem like they would work really well if you have two monitors of the same thickness, in my case I did not and they actually created more of a gap then without.
