The Milwaukee M18 FUEL brushless cordless circular saw was designed for carpenters, remodelers and general contractors that rely on durable and dependable tools. This rechargeable battery powered circular saw delivers the same power and cuts faster than a 15 Amp corded saw, delivers up to 750 cuts per charge. The POWERSTATE Brushless Motor was purposely built for the M18 FUEL 7-1/4 in. Circular Saw to provide the power and performance of a 15 Amp corded circular saw. Built-in REDLINK PLUS Intelligence ensures optimal tool performance and provides overload protection to prevent damage to the tool and battery during heavy applications while still maintaining compatibility across the entire M18 System. The Milwaukee M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC8.0 Battery Pack provides 50% more power and runs 50% cooler vs M18 REDLITHIUM XC battery packs. The optimized combination of smaller size and increased power of the 18-Volt battery provides a great solution for the entire range of M18 products. The lithium-ion battery delivers fade-free power and runs substantially cooler through heavy applications, allowing trade professionals to push their cordless tools throughout a wide application range.- Magnesium shoe and guards for maximum durability

Great Functionality a bit light weight tho!

It’s def functional. It looks nice and is not an eye sore. Def will be easy to maintain for cleaning of dust. HOWEVER, four stars simply cause it is a bit top heavy. I will have to find a solution to weight it down so it’s not so top heavy. Possibly in the future they might design a simple one like this with a simple one pound weight across the bottom. Outside of that tiny little issue…a pretty solid simple compact remote holder that functions. Need I say it is Not an eye sore sitting on th coffee table. That was also a winner n my book.
