Each shake is nutritiously complete with 24 essential vitamins and minerals and all the protein, fibre and carbs you need- so you get good nutrition and energy to last the whole day. The fibre content help to control hunger so you won't feel as hungry, and the protein content will keep you fuller for longer.

Skim Milk Powder, Maltodextrin, Cocoa (10%), Full Cream Milk Powder, Beverage Whitener [Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Glucose Syrup, Caseinate, Mineral Salts (452, 340), Emulsifier (481)], Polydextrose, Vitamins & Minerals [Minerals (Calcium Phosphate Tribasic, Magnesium Oxide, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Zinc Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Cupric Sulphate, Chromic Chloride, Sodium Molybdate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite), Vitamins (Ascorbic Acid, dl-α-Tocopheryl Acetate, Niacinamide, Retinyl Acetate, Vitamin D3, Cyanocobalamin, Calcium Pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Vitamin K1 (Phylloquinone), Thiamine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, D-Biotin)], Flavours, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose), Green Tea Extract (Contains Caffeine).
Free from: Gluten, soy, peanuts, and sesame seeds.
Directions:
Mix 33g or 2 heaped tablespoons with 250ml of skim milk. Shake well before drinking. Drink immediately after preparation. Up to 4 milkshakes may be consumed per day. Shakes mixed with water should only be had as a snack.
