This book documents the turtle fishing schooners that were illegally seized by Nicaraguan Officials in March of 1904. The men were charged with hunting green sea turtle in Nicaraguan waters. Contained within these pages are the testimonies of the Cayman turtle fishers as they tell stories of piracy and jail time.
