Ferry Over Jordan is written by Margery Lawrence, an English author known for her fantasy, horror, and detective fiction. In contrast to her fictional works, Ferry Over Jordan serves as a primer on Spiritualism, exploring concepts of life after death and reincarnation. Lawrence explains in the book's foreword that it grew out of articles she wrote on Spiritualism for Psychic News in late 1941. Her interest in the subject stemmed from a personal experience where she saw a deceased relative, who provided specific instructions for finding important papers, which were subsequently located exactly as described.

Do Not Buy This Product. this review is coming at 1 April 2026. This can opener was purchased in October 2025. My initial review was that it worked well and did the job. It was meant to do however, after a few uses, I noticed that the can opener continue to move around and around the can even after the can lid had been cut open. in January 2026 it began to make more and more rotations around the can and the lid was not cut loose. After a few more uses. It just rotated and did nothing else. I sent an email to the company. I contacted Amazon about it. I’ve done everything that I can possibly see to do but I get no positive results. Consequently, I have a six month old can opener. It does not work. worked well for the first 10 or 20 uses; then the cutting edge just wore out (3-4mos.), so now my money was wasted. No explanation no offer, too bad.

Easy to use! No more hand cranking.
If you like the ease of an electric can opener, but don’t have room to store it or don’t want to drag it out when you need to use it, this is for you.
