The Ruck Plate Carrier 3.0 is your ultimate companion for a superior rucking experience. Designed to securely hold your Ruck Plates®, this carrier sits high and tight on your back, allowing you to breathe better and push harder without feeling restricted by your gear. Crafted from 210D High Tenacity CORDURA® fabric, it’s gentle on the skin, preventing friction burns and irritation even when worn shirtless. The ergonomic design features 10mm of EVA foam padding at the lower back, supporting your spine’s natural curve and reducing strain during heavy lifting. Padded shoulder straps ensure even weight distribution, making it comfortable to carry heavier loads. The top lid is reinforced with thick padding to protect you during dynamic movements like bear crawls and burpees. It also keeps your chest open for better breathability and proper form during exercises.
The bottom panel, made from 1050D Ballistic CORDURA®, offers superior durability against wear and tear. Plus, the RPC does not feature spacer mesh so it does not retain odours and is easy to clean.
